THE PROPER WAY TO MEASURE A PIE TIN IS TO MEASURE THE TIN FROM RIM TO RIM. THIS MEASUREMENT IS KNOWN AS THE DIAMETER, WHICH IS ALSO THE SIZE OF YOUR PIE TIN. MEASUREMENTS ARE APPROX.
