For non-credit card orders e-mail us your order and sign up here for pay pal.  It only takes a Minute.  We will then bill you through pay pal and you can receive your order as soon as your pay pal information is cleared.  This may take a few days in some instances. Or the alternative of waiting weeks for the check to clear!   The initial registration may take a few days so If you are in a big hurry you may want to send a money order but sign up so the next time it will only take a minute

Shipping Policy: We ship via priority mail through the U.S. Post office. Larger packages such as gel may be shipped Fed Ex Ground. Or post office parcel post.  You may also select over night or express for an extra fee. We are not responsible for any damage done by the shipping company or delay's in shipping.  If you do not receive your package, or it is damaged it is your responsibility to notify the shipping provider listed on your tracking number, and us to resolve the issue.

We do not carry shipping insurance unless you specify that you want it. It will be charged to your order. 1.30 per 50.00 insurance.

 We will only accept returns on products with prior approval.

Return policy:    We cannot accept returns on scents due to the nature of the product. Always order a 1 oz. sample before trying the larger sizes to make sure it is up to your taste as each person has different senses.

We also carry sampler packs on the embeds, glitter, and so on. So make sure you buy a smaller quantity to see if it is the product and quality you desire before you purchase larger orders as there are no returns.  If for any reason you do receive a defective product, contact our company within 7 days to discuss a possible return. Upon approval

all items must be returned within 15 days.  No items may be returned without prior approval of management. 

 

We are not responsible for any damage to the gel or embeds due to use of other products not sold by us. 

We are not responsible for damage due to miss use of our products.
 If you are dissatisfied with any of our products please notify us immediately.   There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.

Our Products are now pre packaged except for the larger wholesale orders. They are inspected for quality and accuracy both upon pre packaging, packing for the customer in the box, and a final inspection before shipping to assure that the product that was ordered is the product that is packaged.  Due to miss-use of the missing item issue in the past, We have designed a new packaging system that log's each product placed in package, If the log say's that the product is in the package we will not replace an item that a customer claims missing or wrong. Though our staff though highly qualified, can and do make errors, the new system is fail proof and will be adhered to completely. So please do not try to claim  that a product is missing when it is not because our system will detect whether it is or not and you will not receive a replacement if it is not missing.

 
Privacy Policy:  All of your personal information is private and will not be given out or sold.  Our shopping cart is a secure site. Complete credit card information is NOT  kept on line to  assure your security.

 

We usually ship within 6 to 48 hours on most orders.  We carry a large inventory of our items so to better serve you and have a fully qualified gel educated staff to serve you.

 

We have a minimum shipping and handling charge of $8.00 which will automatically be added to your purchase at the time of shipping. In some rare cases our shopping cart adds the wrong shipping, any changes will be made to your invoice and you will be notified via e-mail of the extra, or discounted charge on your order, It may not reflect on your invoice at time of purchase, but will be added later.  Our shipping charges are based on an average sale and distance so if you are close to New Mexico it may serve you well to place your order by phone as we can give you the exact shipping cost which may be lower than the charges added by our shopping cart.
